Trainer Development

KTC also offers Trainer Development courses for employees with or without prior training experience.

For the novice, our trainer development programs can take a subject matter expert who has never trained anyone and give them the tools they need to teach other employees in their organization. For example, an employee who is a skilled forklift operator can be trained to teach other employees how to operate forklifts safely.

If you already are a trainer, our Trainer’s Toolbox development program can help you find new ways of teaching the same old courses. Trainer's Toolbox is an advanced level class that reviews needs assessment, writing objectives and how learning styles impact teaching styles. Trainers share and evaluate different training techniques with one another to help reinvigorate everyone’s teaching.
